Description Corresponding with customers through phone calls, emails, faxes, regular postetc. Filing documents of offers and projects. Data entry of offers and projects on ERP system. Assisting sales team in preparing tenders documents (offers, Legal documents, Letter of Guarantees from banks,etc) Following up with logistics department to ensure goods arrival from customs to our stores. Requesting invoices of customers from accounting department. Following up the delivery of goods & invoices to clients. Keeping the sales manger informed of tasks accomplishment . Arranging for travels of team members and clients inside and outside Egypt. (preparing visa documents, tickets booking, hotels bookingetc)
Qualifications • 2-3 years experience • Preferably graduate of faculty of commerce. • Very Good English-Written & Spoken . • Excellent computer skills. • Residential area : close to Maadi.
