Description —Assist in planning, organizing and supervising daily maintenance activities to ensure prompt and efficient completion of jobs handled, including preparing the preventive maintenance plan and follow up its implementation and reporting. —Monitor problem areas of maintenance and devise ways and means to eliminate such problems. —Ensure that maintenance materials, spare parts and all inventory items for maintenance are readily available—Coordinate with production to ascertain appropriate maintenance needs of equipment so as not to jeopardize operations—Maintain appropriate maintenance records in conformance to approved ISO procedures in order to have reliable references for review and reporting of maintenance activities—Assist in monitoring and keeping records of employees performance, making periodic evaluations on the same and recommend plans for training and further development of such employees—Resolve employee related problems or other matters affecting their performances and ensure that morale of employees are kept high to sustain their interest on their job—Implement company policies and procedures, monitor and follow-up compliance as applied to areas of responsibility —Keeping machinery, equipment, plant facilities, structures, buildings and amenities in good working order
Qualifications •8-10 years of experience in the maintenance field within an industrial environment. •Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
