Description The ERP Implementer will be working most of the time on the clients side. In this role you will deploy, install, implement and customize a high quality, well-tested solution financial solutions, at the clients dealer sites. You will possess knowledge of business processes and knowledge of systems design and installation processes including strong client facing skills. Duties: 1. Define detailed business functional requirements. 2. Lead business requirements and needs assessment through interviews with business owners and functional users. 3. Prepare and communicate fit/gap analysis based on requirements gathering. 4. Identify alternatives to solve business problems and make recommendations based on available resources, economic and time criteria. 5. Implement ERP solutions. 6. Train clients users. 7. Communicates with the software developers to report bugs or requested new features 8. Test functionality of newly added feature or fixed bugs
Qualifications 1. Understanding of Financial & Accounting processes. 2. Experience with developing GAP analyses between business processes and Software Applications. 3. Ability to work under pressure, and deliver on time. 4. Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills. 5. Good interpersonal skills
