Description Learn all CILs training material for induction training, shadowing other trainers and practicing sessions prior to delivery. Deliver pre prepared training material to staff as directed by your chain of command. Update training material as instructed by your chain of command. Prior to course delivery, prepare handouts, slides etc as directed by your chain of command. Mark training test papers against model answers. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for training activities. Prepare staff assessment forms following completion of training for discussion and analysis with your chain of command. Initial analysis of training evaluation forms to report findings to your chain of command. Conduct on the job training when directed by your chain of command, assisting CIL sales & operations teams with product information when needed.
Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels Ability to deliver prepared training material accurately to staff at all levels Strong motivation skills Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic Dual language translation & keyboard skills Good computer skills (Power-point, Word, Excel, Internet)
