Description —Manages a full range of routine planned preventive maintenance: condition monitoring, reactive and breakdown maintenance works associated with the plant, services and equipment to ensure mandatory and statutory compliance with policies and strategies —Assures the design and the proper implementation of the Maintenance Plans —Assists the Operation & Process and Maintenance Managers by supplying tools to pilot the maintenance according to the general maintenance strategies —Organizes daily/weekly/monthly planning of all preventive and corrective maintenance. —Implements the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) —Coordinates with the Financial & Administrative Manager to purchase all equipment needed to perform maintenance tasks —Defines the maintenance working methods —Puts in place the documentation management —Assures the regulatory controls follow up —Applies and ensures the fulfillment of the maintenance procedures, after having defined them with the Maintenance Manager —Is responsible of the stores and keeps the information about all consumables/spare parts/equipment etc. updated in CMMS. —Organizes and follows up maintenance interventions and external sub-contractor activities —Ensures the application of a Safety Prevention Plan by external subcontractors and suppliers —Is responsible of the workshop and its equipment —Ensures proper supervisory coverage for all work performed on a regular and overtime basis
Qualifications Engineering degree (preferably electrical/mechanical)

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
