Description Produces solutions, ideas and suggestions for achieving sales targets. Develops systems and makes suggestions for gaining/creating new clients. Ensures the accuracy of clients data base. Continuously provide sales team with on-the-job training on sales techniques and product knowledge. Prepares proposals about products and staff. Prepares agenda for general store meetings, gives support when needed and keeps records of the meetings. Creates and implements a system for coordinating alteration work with tailor/seamstress. Managing home sales: including the in and out merchandise movement. Follows up the existing store personnel shift schedule and works on continuous improvement of it. Follows up the ad hoc stock counting in the store. As a role model, has complete information about all store procedures and acts accordingly. Controls and develops mechanisms for healthy running of; entry, exit of products to and from the store; stores revenue and expenses. Ensures the correct usage of formal documents in the store. Works in harmony with all store employees and supports them when necessary.
Qualifications • Years of Experience from 2 to 4 years in retail Field. • Excellent, presentations, negotiation, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to set and achieve goals; to work under pressure and organized. • Positive attitude, ability to work in a group and participate with others. • Supervising, controlling and assisting the daily entire flow of operation. • Very good problem solution skills. • Good experience in customer service. • Run daily – monthly and quarter year reports to asses and analyze general statistics visa counts.

Other Skills Prefer working in the retail field at least 2 yrs.
