Description — Develop and manage sales targets. — Maintain full CRM operation and maintenance. — Develop and implement action plans consistent with the companys strategic direction. — Sets regional operational goals, objectives, performance measures, and tasks. — Provide expertise for solving more complex operations, customer and system problems. — Provide the company with up to date daily report — Manage all the schedule changes for the sales team. — Execute the company policies in shops. — Solves and handles clients, Staff problems. — Participates in putting personal sales targets. — Keeps visual and floor display to standards. — Assists and helps in recruitment process whether in interviews or headhunting. — Provides customer service, product knowledge and operational skills trainings. — Conducts weekly reports for staff, sales and clients to be delivered to the commercial department. — Keeps the store general atmosphere (Cleaning, Smell and Uniform) to standards. — Plans and drives the store sales plans to achieve the company goals. — Manages and ensures availability of the products inventory and ordering of merchandise from different warehouses and points of sale. — Manages inventory and regular reports of stock needs. — Forecasts yearly sales targets based on market forecasting and sales trends.
Qualifications • Years of Experience from 3 to 5 years in retail Field. • Excellent, presentations, negotiation, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to set and achieve goals; to work under pressure and organized. • Positive attitude, ability to work in a group and participate with others. • Supervising, controlling and assisting the daily entire flow of operation. • Very good problem solution skills. • Good experience in customer service. • Good experience in leadership and supervision. • Run daily – monthly and quarter year reports to asses and analyze general statistics visa counts.
