Description — Responsible for all the daily filling requests from the staff by (reviewing the request -receiving files” distributing files) send it to the archiving company. — Responsible for all Interfiling requests. — Handling the media backup requests (Review invoices and requests ” receiving the daily work order). — Keep tracking all company cars maintenance and renewing licensing. — Tracking of all ULS booklets in the store. — Responsible on tracking all CIL Stores ‘Marketing & IT– based on the warehouse procedures. — Track the daily Consumption based on creating a proper system that avoid the consumption to reach the minimum Stock. — Participate in the yearly asset stock taking
Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in related filed. • Bachelor degree Bachelor degree from a reputable university. • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral. • Ability to deal with different people. • Very good in communication • Problem Solving
