Description Recruit and manage the team of field rep/promoter to achieve goals and targets by providing clear directions, coaching, timely feedback and motivation in order to maximize both individual and team performance. Provide inputs for succession planning Set market share targets for the field rep. Set sell-out targets for the Promoter based on potential of each outlet under their coverage Create the visit plan for the Field Rep in order to achieve the desired coverage and frequency minimizing the costs. Monitor the performance of the field rep/promoter by regular checks and ensuring they attend trainings Provide consolidated weekly report on sell-out, availability, competitor activities at retail
Qualifications - Telecommunication or FMCG background - High Leadership Skills - Analytical Thinking - Target Oriented - High team Management Skills - @least 7 years of field experience , 2 in a team leader position.
