Description 1.Participate, formulate and implement the necessary personnel policies, a job evaluation and pay structures according a clear job description, performance appraisal system, employment conditions and discipline codes to ensure the equity, opportunity and fair rewarding. 2. Maintain, update and recommend Management Human Resources policies and procedures. 3. Participate to implement employees training programs according to an annual schedule and approved budget and ensure that the service provided is according to the required quality standards and is in line to the set training plan. 4. Support HR director to develop and maintain employees fringe benefits to retain current employees, to reach employee satisfaction level, increase employee-company loyalty, employees morale and create a healthy working environment with safety conditions. 5. Maintain updated organization charts, HR data and employees records to be in line with Labor law and company internal regulations to safe guard company rights. 6. Work closely with Factory Managers that the number of headcounts and casual workers fulfill and match with the indicators set for the efficiency & productivity and review the internal process of transfer and promotion within the 3 factories to ensure the to maintain a flexible organization structure in order to ensure the smooth running of company business. 7. Support HR director to provide a professional HR support for all departments, line managers and staff to ensure that HR policies are well understand and implemented. 8. Manage the main activities of the direct reports staff, ensuring works and achievements complying with the overall company objectives and providing a service according quality standards. 9. Participate in all duties HR & Administration department to achieve company goals and objectives.
Qualifications - BSc of Accounting, Business or any equivalent educational degree. - Familiar with Egyptian employment laws, regulations and governmental procedures. - A proven record in a similar position (at least 10 years exp) with Industrial organization in well established large firms.
