تمهيد

المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE) هو منظمة إقليمية مستقلة غير هادفة للربح ترمي إلى تفعيل وزيادة الاستفادة من ممارسات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة في المنطقة العربية. يسعى فريق المركز بالتعاون مع الحكومات الإقليمية والمنظمات العالمية لبدء وتوجيه حوارات سياسة الطاقة النظيفة واستراتيجياتها وتقنياتها وتطوير قدراتها لزيادة حصة الدول العربية من طاقة الغد.

البرنامج العربي لشباب الطاقة المستدامة APSEY

يقدم المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE) بدعم من صندوق أوبك للتنمية الدولية (OFID) لحديثى التخرج من مختلف الدول الأعضاء 6 فرص تدريبية في المقر الرئيسي للمركز في القاهرة. ينبغي أن يتهيأ المتدرب المختار للانتقال إلى القاهرة والعمل في بيئة عمل ديناميكية. كما سينهى المتدرب مدة التدريب بعد اكتساب خبرة واسعة في مجال الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة ومجالات التعاون الإقليمي. يشارك المتدرب خلال فترة التدريب (6 شهور) في عدد من النشاطات تشمل:

- التدريب العملي على مهارات البحث والتحليل من خلال المشاركة المباشرة في دراسات وأبحاث المركز الخاصة بالدول وعلي المستوي الإقليمي

- توزيع المهام و المسؤوليات في مشاريع المركز تحت إشراف مديري البرامج وكبار الخبراء

- دورات تدريبية فنية من قبل كبار الخبراء التقنيين في المنطقة العربية

- دورات تدريب  لتحسين المهارات الشخصية (مهارات الاتصال والقيادة وإدارة المشاريع، والأعمال التجارية والكتابة الفنية)

- حضور ورش العمل الإقليمية ذات الصلة و/أو مهمات تبادل الخبرات مع المهنيين الشباب للتعاون في إدارة المشروعات

- التقييم الدوري

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

سيعمل المرشحون المختارون تحت إشراف الفريق الفني بالمركز في إحدى المجالات الآتية:

البحث والتحليل فيما يتعلق باتجاهات وتكنولوجيات الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة فى الدول العربية

المشاركة فى دعم وتنفيذ المشروعات

المؤهلات العامة:

يجب أن  يكون المتدرب:

 حديث التخرج  في إحدي المجالات التالية: الهندسة، الدراسات البيئية، الاقتصاد، العلوم السياسية أو إدارة الأعمال

حاصل علي أو حالياً مسجل في برنامج ماجستير في أحد المواضيع ذات صلة (تعد أفضلية)

خبرة سابقة في مجال الطاقة المستدامة والمشاريع التنموية المماثلة (تعد أفضلية)

الطلاقة في اللغة العربية وإجادة واحدة من اللغتين الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية

يهتم بدور المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE) ومجال الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة والاستعداد للتعلم

قادر على العمل تحت الضغط والقيام بالمهام المتعددة و الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

يجيد الكتابة التقريرية ومهارات الاتصال

يجيد استخدام الانترنت وبرامج الأعمال المكتبية “MS Office”(برنامج معالجة النصوص “Word” وبرنامج معالجة الأعمال الحسابية “Excel” وبرنامج العروض التقديمية “Power Point “)

الشروط والأحكام العامة

يتم  البرنامج التدريبي على أساس مُجز. يتحمل المركز الإقليمي للطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الطاقة (RCREEE) تكاليف السفر والتأشيرة للمتدربين القادمين من بلدان أخرى غير البلد المضيف

يحصل المتدربون الغير المصريون على مبلغ شهري يعادل 500 يورو لتغطية نفقات الإقامة والمعيشة

تعد من مسئولية المتدربين المختارين تدبير إقامتهم. يوفر المركز للمتدربين المختارين قائمة بوسطاء عقاريين.

يحصل المتدربون المصريون على مبلغ شهري يعادل 250 يورو

يجب على المتدربين غير المصريين تقديم دليل على تغطية تأمين العلاج الطبي لفترة التدريب قبل بدء التدريب والانتقال إلى القاهرة

Background

RCREEE was founded with the broad aim of providing a unique learning and exchange platform on renewable energy and energy efficiency in the Arab region. The ultimate objectives spilled out in the founding document are:

To diffuse the implementation of cost-effective renewable energy and energy efficiency policies, strategies and technologies in the Arab region.

To increase the share of renewable energy and energy efficiency products and services in and from countries from the region on the global market.

RCREEE works through initiating regional policy dialogues and promoting strategies and partnerships favorable to renewable energy and energy efficiency investments in the 16 Arab Member States.

Arab Program for Sustainable Energy Youth (APSEY)

RCREEE, in cooperation with the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) offers recent graduates from its member states internship opportunities at its regional headquarters in Cairo. The selected interns should be prepared to relocate to Cairo and work in a fast-paced team environment. Interns will complete the internship period having gained a broad experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and regional cooperation fields. Among the activities to be carried out during the 6 months are:

Hands-on training on research and analysis skills through direct involvement in RCREEE regional and country level research and analysis tools activities

Placement in RCREEE projects under the supervision of Program Managers and Senior Experts

Technical training courses by leading regional technical experts from the region

Soft skills training courses (communication skills, leadership and project management, business and technical writing)

Attending relevant regional workshops and/or Exchange mission with other young professionals to collaborate on running projects

Periodic evaluation and feedback

Duties and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will work under the supervision of RCREEE technical team in any of the following areas:

Research and analysis on renewable energy and energy efficiency trends and technologies in the Arab States

Engage in project support and implementation

General Qualifications

Recent graduate of: Engineering, Environmental Studies, Economics, Political Science, Finance or Business Administration

Being enrolled in or a holder of a relevant Master’s Degree is a plus

Previous experience in the field of sustainable energy and similar developmental projects is a plus

Fluency in Arabic and one of the two languages; English or French, is a must

Enthusiastic about the role of RCREEE and renewable energy and energy efficiency fields, and ready to learn

Excellent writing, editing and communications skills

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deadlines-oriented

Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency is required

General Terms and Conditions

The internship program operates on a remunerative basis. For interns from countries other than the host country, travel arrangements are the responsibility of RCREEE

Non-Egyptian interns will receive a monthly amount equivalent to 500 Euros to cover accommodation and living expenses.

It is the responsibility of the intern to arrange for his/her accommodation. RCREEE provides selected interns with a list of brokers’ contacts.

Egyptian interns will receive a monthly amount equivalent to 250 Euro

Selected non-Egyptian interns will be required to provide a proof of medical insurance coverage for the internship period before relocating to Cairo
