Description 1. Negotiating, reviewing and drafting numerous commercial agreements. 2. Examining national, international and local laws in order to identify any rules should be followed or conflicts that might arise. 3. Representing clients before national courts. 4. Representing clients in international arbitrations under various institutional rules including those of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CRCICA, and DIAC. 5. Drafting legal opinions on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, international trade law, securities and banking.
Qualifications - Admitted before the Egyptian Bar of Association (admitted before any other bar is a plus). - graduated from an English or a French section. - have 2-5 years of experience. - be fluent in English. *Fluency in French is preferable (good command of any other language is a plus) - familiar with MS Office.
