Description 1. The Customer Support Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating customer orders. 2. Ensure that the sales & logistics areas are maintained continuously by creating & satisfying customer orders. 3. Check and manage increases/ decreases in schedules (above 15%) and communicate delivery dates/ premium costs to customers 4. Plan shipments and assist in escalations according to confirmations by production AMS 5. Issue shipment invoices & prepare necessary documentation. Book cargo accordingly through freight management function. 6. Posting of ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notice) after each shipment. 7. Ongoing communication with customer, ensuring that customer is getting fully continuous support (feedback < 24hours) 8. Manage creation of new product numbers into the ERP (CMS) 9. Maintaining customer websites/ portal as per customer specific requirements 10. Processing of sample orders; downloading orders from sites, registering data for each order. Request parts from assembly.
Qualifications Fluent In English Minimum 1 year experience
