Description 1. Assist and contribute to the area achievement of assigned monthly NS, NC and NG targets 2. Generate and submit daily reports on Dealers sales activities to the line manager. 3. Control and manage a number of tasks assigned by the Dealer Manager and make sure that all tasks are achieved in a timely fashion. 4. Gather information from the ground that can help us all bring in better solutions. 5. Spend QUALITY time at the Dealer shop to establish a communication bridge between us and the dealers. 6. Ensure the learning from the market reach various functional departments in OSN so they can help us improve the dealers channel performance 7. Listen to the Dealers needs and penciling down these needs and documenting them to further take action 8. Maintain an excellent relationship with Dealers and employees in order to ensure that OSN remains their favorable business partner. 9. Full compliance in implementing sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring all OSN business rules are followed. 10. Ensuring the success of offers and campaign, low scores on failing to apply the above 5 points in visits principles section and filling the questionnaire with integrity will be reported to HR directly end of every month, which in reality means they are not visiting their dealers which is a major part of their job description. 11. Every day I will be doing random calls to the dealers from your lists to get feedback from them directly as well on the quality of the visit, I will also share with you the feedback of my call with the Dealer in an email.
Qualifications Bilingual – Arabic / English speaker is preferable. • Excellent communication skills. • Flexibility is essential, as the position includes shift work. • Sales Targets oriented. • Results oriented. • At least 2 years experience in a sales department. • Knowledge of the Pay TV industry is desirable. • Valid EGY driving license. • Distribution experience is an asset. • Proven Sales and Technical ability. • Ability to work to strict deadlines. • Customer satisfaction orientated • Self motivated • Good problem solving/ decision making skills • Team player
