Description Seeking an engineering assistant (EA)PA with 5 years Civil Engineering or Architect experience to provide support services within our firm. Responsibilities for this position can vary depending on the needs of the project, company, program, or daily tasks as needed by senior engineering staff: — Creating project scheduling and tracking spreadsheets, — Setting up and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; — Providing engineering drawings, — Managing and organizing drawings and filing — Writing and updating technical documentation and designing databases — Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; — Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; — Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; — Carrying out background research and presenting findings; — Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; — Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the management is well prepared for meetings; — Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. — Discrete, trustworthy, with high standards and able to handle business, personnel, and office related matters professionally and confidently. — Professionalism in Appearance & Attitude — Highly organized.
