Description — Requires a Security professional with a proven management experience within the security industry, the public sector or armed services — Strong management and leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and language skills — IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and knowledge of electronic security systems. — Operational Sound judgment and decision making skills, with a “hands on, problem solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents — Experience of writing procedures, drafting reports — Identify security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and financial methodology with focus on information security. — Ensure maintenance of strong and effective relationships with customers, local law enforcement, related government agencies, military, and other entities. — Operational regulation of suppliers, and contracts — Prepare budget of expenditure.
Qualifications - 15 years experience. Military or Police University Degree and previous experience in a security company. Recognized security qualifications.
