Maintains an effective follow up system for all pending issues delegated to her. 6. Attends and records minutes of various meetings as directed by the manager. 7. Arranges hotel bookings and traveling to all staff, and keep related records. 8.Sets and maintains standard filling system for the company . 9. Devising and maintaining office systems including suppliers and other staff
Qualifications secretarial experience , Professional appearance and manner; Strong personality; - Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; - Excellent computer and administrative skills; Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
