Description Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available, Monitor and ensure that only current / latest revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are being used, and withdraw all superseded drawings from site. Carry out the specified work supervision in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans, and ensure that Quality Records are maintained and signed ” off by the Engineer / Engineer Site Representative in accordance with QC representative. Before submitting for inspection, ensure that Works are carried out on site according the Project Quality and Safety Plans and in accordance with latest revisions: Drawing and specification Construction program Method Statements Approved Materials And resolve any technical related issues as instructed and directed by project Engineer. Ensure that no works are carried out without inspection. Monitor progress of work against Construction program and reporting any trends for delays to project Manager. Ensures inspection of materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with specification, and with purchase orders. Takes necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed and directed by QC representative. Monitors, controls, and coordinates the works of different trades subcontractors and reports on their progress and or trends for problems / delays to project Engineer. In coordination with project Engineer organizes manpower, equipments and materials, to achieve the required progress and quality requirements.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Civil / Architectural Engineering from a recognized educational institute. 2- At least 10 years experience in construction work. 3- Should be able to plan ahead, comprehend and interpret in general terms subcontract and main contract conditions, read and interpret drawings, undertake simple designs, allocate work, monitor quality and material usage. 4- Team work oriented and has a good communication skill.

Comments Controls and records effectively and accurately in his scope/section: Materials used consumption and his related orders. Overtimes Equipments and 5power tools under his control. Records all site changes, produces record drawings and communicates the same to Engineering Department to ensure all changes are incorporated on As-Built Drawings.
