Description — Operate telephone switchboard to forward calls, providing information, taking messages. — Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations. — Send and receive emails, and documents. — Create and follow up on the attendance sheet. — Perform administrative support tasks for the unit, such as data entry, printing and filing documents. — Responsible for checking on rooms set up before classes start. — Responsible for placing orders such as booking hotel rooms and flight reservations. — Set and organize appointments through phone calls.
