Description Perform professional level of troubleshooting during support cycle from physical layer to routing layer on both customer and LINK network equipment such as (Cisco and Juniper routers, Alcatel DSLAMs, others) to solve any corporate customers technical problems µ Handle customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configuration during troubleshooting such as (Routers, modems, firewalls, Switches, voice gateways and wireless equipment). µ Visit Enterprise customers if needed during support cycle to troubleshoot problems onsite. µ Install, maintain and support for multinational companies and global connectivity like (British Telecom and Sing Tel)and manage nodes in EGYPT as well as their multinational customers connected to these nodes. µ Communicate with Telecom Egypt and peering providers (ISPs) on daily basis to solve enterprise customers problems. µ Guide LINK technicians on daily basis to solve enterprise customers problems. µ Implement migration plans with Network Teams to change/replace up and running Enterprise customers configuration/hardware due to network topology/technology change. µ Handling customers change configuration requests applied on CPEs or network routers µ Handle Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configuration such as (Routers, modems, firewalls, Switches, voice gateways and wireless equipment).
Qualifications •Education (BSc in communication engineering, computer engineering). •CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP service provider is a must •Skills (Very Good written & spoken English, very Good Communication,& problem solving) •From 1 to 3 years experience in network field.
