Description To organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the CEO office in efficient and effective way. To handle travel arrangements, filter their emails and summarize, take basic decisions on behalf of the CEO, coordinate tasks and appointments with direct reports of the CEO, handle correspondence with international agencies and government officials.
Qualifications 1)Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2)Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. 3)Work requires attention to details and integrity.
