Description —Responsible for solving advanced technical and client service process problems by applying advanced technical knowledge including LAN, WAN, Print Device Management ,application development, database management, etc. by developing, modifying, and/or deploying GDO, client and OEM service methodologies. —Duties are delivered to provide customer specific impact, including significant reduction in costs or improved efficiencies. —Maintains a working knowledge of recent changes and enhancements to the technology specialty. —As a Senior Systems Analyst at least 50% of the technical performance related duties must pertain to making actual, systems analytical decisions regarding: computer network functionality, network modeling, analysis, and planning research related products and make necessary hardware and software recommendations, analyze compatibility of computing systems work with database management systems software and determine ways to organize and store data consults with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications perform the type of testing that is involved in creating a system, determining the desired settings for a system, or otherwise substantively affecting the system
Qualifications •2-3 years technical experience in similar position. •Advanced knowledge and understanding of networking, business solutions, application development and other information technology specialties. Intermediate level LAN/WAN, or DBA knowledge •Completion of two (2) or more appropriate industry accepted certifications, such as: A+, MCP,CCNA, etc. and which must include at least 1 advanced current technical certification (MCSE, CCNP, MS or Oracle DBA, etc. ) •Ability to proficiently use skills related to certifications in order to resolve or implement advanced LAN/WAN/Development or database related technical problems or solutions
