Description 1. Perform market survey on the outgoing holidays through clients feedback, front line staff, sales..etc, & submit periodical reports 2. Search, create, develop, & update outgoing holidays for different targeted customers: families, honeymooners, youth, students‡ etc 3. Give special focus on specialty products as camps, spas, safaris‡etc 4. Develop seasonal holiday packages, suggest marketing/ sales plan, & coordinate with the relevant departments 5. Search for information on events, concerts, festivals.. & create packages related to them 6. Create new products in coordination with the pricing & contracting team 7. Create & develop assisting tools for new packages as videos, intranet guides.. 8. Introduce new destinations to operators & travel counselors through awareness programs in coordination with the training department 9. Follow up selling of packages & assist in problems encountered 10. Carry out all tasks as reasonably requested by the company
Qualifications Min. 3 years in the outgoing Travel

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Very good knowledge of operating Microsoft Office applications & the internet. Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation Skills
