Description —Making materials analysis according customers specification —Checking the stock materials before purchase the new orders received —Raise Purchase orders from system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line With production planning requirement —Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirement —calculating Bill of Materials according to specification Received from Customer —Release Materials to the Production according to Bill of Materials needs —Follow up with purchasing department for in stock date for each item —Follow up with Logistic team will receive materials on time —Confirming the delivery date to sales department after review the material situation for the orders —Sending orders to production planning according to raw material situation
Qualifications v. good English Language. Work under pressure. Self-motivated. Organized and ability to priorities tasks. Communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Computer skills (word and excel).
