Description A leading chemical/ plastic manufacturer located in Cairo, is seeking a R&D Manager to join their growing team. Responsible for the business requirements in the field of R & D. The main activities will include new product design, process development, and new product scale up. Meet the business requirements for product and process developments. Maintains a pilot plant where product and process trials and customer sampling is carried out. Provide detailed application knowledge to support new materials development. Continuous follow up and exchanges with customers located mainly in Egypt, Arab countries and Africa aiming to create competitive advantage.
