Description - Provide support to all Sales Channels and to support head of departments when needed. -Manages Branch Ops team as well as H.O. sales of operations team. -Supervising the Creation & Termination of Agents on the system including assignment in proper hierarchy. -Maintaining up-to-date records on system in respect of agents statuses (promotion, demotion‡) and registrations (registration number, expiry date of registration) -Clearance of terminated agents. -Coordination between Sales force & various operations departments Periodical preparation of various production reports (agency, bancassurance and telemarketing) such as monthly production report, KPI report, Top agents report, manpower reports to be distributed periodically to management. -Monitoring agents eligibility conditions for financing (ex: laptop financing, advances‡). -Designing and Preparing Management Pack of reports. Commission preparation and review for Agency, telemarketing and bancassurance including calculation of activity and production bonuses. -Monitoring the preparation of training bonuses for new graduates. -Contest monitoring including periodical status updates and results declaration. -Coordination with the system team through reporting system bugs and required enhancements. -Making sure that approved procedures regarding agents hiring, termination and EFSA registration are applied at all times. -Handling agents complaints and queries -Monitoring the performance of the branch ops team through regular audit missions to the branches (application delivery control, policy delivery control‡) Making sure that Underwriting and CS functions applied by the branch ops team are properly performed as per set guidelines and service level agreements (registration of applications on system, application screening, collections‡) -Applying company rules regarding agent recoding, policy recoding, compensations‡
Qualifications - Excellent Communication skills - Insurance background is a must - Has Reporting skills
