Description Initiate, coordinate and manage all security and loss prevention related tasks within the organization. 2. Establish security systems for the company such as (fire fighting system, surveillance systems and Gates and Access Control systems). Lead the investigations with the cooperation of the HR and Legal departments in any frauds that may occur on daily basis. 3. Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Supervise and monitor access to facilities keys, offices, trucks etc. Collate, analyze and report data relating to AWB and non-AWB security-related incidents occurring nationally and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly ‘Security Incident Reports– to Regional Security. 4. Perform local Depot / Hub security risk assessments and provide input for the preparation of contingency plan to ensure business continuity. 5. Check the integrity, safety and quality of consignments handling, transit and storage and monitor compliance to security procedures, especially for ‘High Risk– consignments, during handling and transit times. 1. Perform periodic and random security inspections and prepare security reports as necessary. Issues security violation citations as required by inspections. 2. Maintain inspection reports and records and advise senior management of deficiencies and remedial/disciplinary efforts to ameliorate deficiencies. Implement any improvements recommended as a result of a Corrective Action Report. 1. Facilitate workshops & trainings in order to gain the commitment of all employees in cooperation with the Training Department and develop and ‘deliver– the company quality philosophy. 2. Supervise all security personnel including outsourced security staff and educating them of the Various procedures and systems approved by the management.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in relevant major. Must be an ex- police officer. Risk Management Certificate, Security Management Certificate, 5 years experience in the same position.
