Description —Receiving the customer`s complains and fully in charge to solve it. —Monitoring the outgoing jobs regarding the customer complaints and requests and making technical analysis. —Training and supervising the maintenance staff (engineers and technicians). —Improving maintenance department performance (tools, daily operation, crew performance). —Organize schedule, assign and direct maintenance team for in-house and outcall operations. —Making scheduled checks for customers machinery and parts. — Detecting electric and mechanical failures and solving equipment problems. —Preparing technical reports for machines before and after maintenance. —Visiting customers site when needed for installation, operation, maintenance and repair, to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. —Carrying out site quality inspections with maintenance assigned team. —Ensuring that the workshop is equipped with tools and material needed in daily operations. —Monitoring the warehouse stock of spare parts and preparing spare parts lists needed in the future. —Monitoring the local purchasing of maintenance work. —Coordinating with other departments to complete the technical and administrative work. —Managing the technical and administrative work inside the service center. —Reviewing technical and financial proposals. —Ensuring that routine reports and correspondences are complete and on time. —Achieving the target assigned by management.
Qualifications •Knowledge of the fundamentals of overhauling, repairing and replacing parts for equipments. •Screw compressors, Air Dryers, Blowers, Generators, Chillers, Thermal oil Heaters, Cooling Towers, Pressure/Vacuum Vessels, Vacuum system, Heat exchangers, Forklifts, Vacuum Pumps. •Must have understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles and components. •Knowledge of different types of piping such as types of copper, black, aluminum and galvanized. •AC & DC Motors. •A good understanding of electronic control systems. •Ability and knowledge to read, design and draw control electrical circuits. •Must be able to properly use multi-meters, amp meters, vibration and infrared meters. •Read and interpret documents such as blueprints, technical drawings, safety rules, product catalogues, technical data, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. •Knowledge of computer programs as Auto cad and office programs.
