Description  Monitor the activities of the Corporate Sales Team ensuring that all formal processes and systems are adhered to and the corporate standards and expectations are met.  Maintain excellent relations with the corporate business partners as well as promote the development of new partnerships towards maximizing the achievement of business targets.  Coach and ensure the motivation of Corporate Sales teams and provide them with technical and managerial support.  Ensure all staff focuses on customer satisfaction and upholding of company service standards, policies, procedures and decision making processes.  Keep up to date with market developments, in particular as related to the competition, and proactively plan forward to anticipate and counteract threats.  Ensure smooth and effective communication with the other company departments to maximize the support to staff for achieving their performance targets.  Manage, build, maintain, and generate (old/new) corporate business.  Introduce Cross selling/ up selling initiatives on the assigned portfolio.  Penetrate the Egyptian Corporate market introducing complete employee benefits solutions including group medical insurance, life insurance, and pension plans through the different channels.  Conduct sales visits to identify clients needs and advising them on the most suitable solutions of the Company Corporate products.  Prepare all needed presentations for clients visits.  Manage the relationship with a set of key corporate accounts.  Keep up to date with the insurance and competition developments within the market and the key accounts.  Develop strong networks with all channels that generate corporate business leads.  Follow up on the clients premiums payments, renewals or cancellations of policies.  Monitor the training needs of subordinates and ensure the update of their skills in order to support the implementation of the departments strategies and projects.
Qualifications  Corporate Sales experience/key accountant management preferably in the insurance, banking or service fields.  Post graduate study is a plus.  Good knowledge and experience in Business Development, Finance, IT and Project Management.  Excellent knowledge of the insurance business, Products and Markets.  Good knowledge of macro-economic issues and local and international market dynamics for the insurance field.
