Description 1- To manage the site technical office work including : drawings , quantity survey and survey and payments review work ensuring the smooth and efficient run of operations and timely deliverables in line with the approved master-plan , Contract requirements and budget constraints 2- review shop drawings and as-built drawings for the variation orders 3- Study and review requests for information for various projects, follow up contractors progress. 4- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise. 5- Review all the required technical documents such as manuals and instructions for construction team 6- Coordinate with the contractor team to receive needed documents in a timely manner according to the project work schedule
Qualifications B.Sc. of Architecture Engineering, Autocad- Office software – Certificates related same field is an asset
