Description — Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications — Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks — Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls — Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults — Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues — Assist in the roll-out of new applications — Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades — Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Minimum 1 year of experience in a same position • Good command of both written and spoken English • Network+ and/or CCNA certification is a plus • Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN–IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable
