Description - Generating and qualifying clients through phone calls. - Set appointments for sales meetings with clients. - Closing monthly sales goals (21 meetings) in accordance with the organization development plan. - Prepare activity reports, enter and update all leads through SAP application. - Follow-up customers inquiries and proposals. - Contact targeted clients in order to promote the newest products, and stocked items. - Answers all customers inquiries and requests to maintain and enhance customers satisfaction. - Coordinate with the sales team all appointments, meeting and after sales services in order to facilitate the work flow. - Generating new sales leads by targeting prospected clients, handover it to the assigned channel manager and follow up on lead progress. - Capable to professionally and simply reflect our products features over the phone and explain any inquiry in an adequate and punctual way.
Qualifications Educations: Bachelor degree of business administration or relevant bachelor degree is a must. • Minimum of 2 years of professional business, secretarial experiences. • Must be Cairo resident: Heliopolis, Nasr City is preferred. Excellent communication, administrative skills. • Capable to work under pressure and for long hours. • The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: o Office administration. o An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures. o Team building, bookkeeping skills. o Analytical and problem solving skills. o Decision making skills in addition to effective verbal and listening. o Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level. o Stress management & Time management skills
