Description — Strict observance of the companys various policies implementation relating to the work system on employees. — Issuing daily report for attendance from company branches & take the necessary action regarding absent cases. — Organize all files related to the staff and B&G, provider contracts. — Prepare the daily work plan of the branch and coordination with the all departments to apply it. — Follow-up with managers on a daily basis to organize the work and cooperation to resolve all needed matters. — Organize process of receive all providers invoices & revise it with finance department. — Undertake the matters and relations with the government authorities which pertain to issuing of branch licenses or renewal. — Supervising the general services activities including (Cleaners ” Security ”Building Technicians). — Run investigation for misconduct incidents and review documentation of warning letters
