Description Strict observance of the companys various policies implementation relating to the work system on employees. Issuing daily report for attendance from company branches & take the necessary action regarding absent cases. Organize all files related to the staff and B&G, provider contracts. Prepare the daily work plan of the branch and coordination with the all departments to apply it. Follow-up with managers on a daily basis to organize the work and cooperation to resolve all needed matters. Organize process of receive all providers invoices & revise it with finance department. Undertake the matters and relations with the government authorities which pertain to issuing of branch licenses or renewal. Supervising the general services activities including (Cleaners Security Building Technicians). Run investigation for misconduct incidents and review documentation of warning letters
Qualifications • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office )
