Description — Receiving incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person — Sending a notification e-mail to the employees , who missed to pick up the call — Provide callers with general information about the organization; company hours, address, fax numbers etc. — Keeping an accurate log for all outgoing international calls — Sending a monthly break down report to the CEOs with the local & international calls — Writing all the department business letters and keeping records — Coordinating the departments internal matters
