Description 1. Participating in reviewing the conditions of the agreements which would be implemented with foreign donor before signing them. 2. Contribute in preparation and updating the action plans to use the contracts components with banks and following up the implementation of this plan through contracts 3. Participate in the negotiation with banks department to conclude new contracts, and prepare drafts of these contracts 4. Prepare memos for the committees competent in social Fund to modify some of the terms of existing contracts, according to the results of follow-up to the actual implementation. 5. Take actions to cancel existing contracts which show weak performance or reducing its value and the withdrawal of the remaining funds by the banks and reschedule the payment of the remaining installments for the social Fund 6. Coordinate with the competent authorities in the social fund to analyze the financial statements of the existing banks and for new banks for calculating the credit ceiling to deal with each of them and adoption of the relevant committees, and this on regular basis annually 7. Prepare the required reports of internal and external stakeholders about the progress of work under existing contracts and other achievements in the department. 8. Participating in the preparation of the estimated budget for the department of the new year, including plans of the new contracts with banks and the planned payments converted for these contracts, as well as the existing contracts from previous years and still in implementation process 9. Contact and following-up on a permanent basis for the banking system to find out the instructions issued by the Central Bank of Egypt checking for any changes that will impact directly or indirectly on the social Fund relations with the banks.
Qualifications • University degree in finances (economics - finance - Trade - political science, etc.) English Section. • Prefer to obtain a certificate in the field of credit/correspondent banking • Ability to understand and communicate ideas • Ability to communicate effectively • The ability to cooperate and work as a team • Ability to develop in work • English Language is a MUST • Experience in Banking not less than 3 years in the field of credit of corporate and Banks
