Description Managing the procurement, out-sourcing and recruitment process, coordinating with the business development managers to meet their coverage hiring objectives, supervising the construction of a new database of resources to handle projects for (Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Google and Microsoft.Etc.). Reporting to the vendor management manager, giving monthly reports of resource numbers, available language combinations, and the best rates to maintain to attract new customers. Supporting project managers by managing the cross-cultural negotiations with vendors regarding rates, to keep work within specified budgets. Managing the localization quality tests by assigning qualified teams to handle the 3 or 4 phases of the QA tests, observing the vendors performance and communicating with them to maintain their loyalty and commitment to the company. Monitoring the achieved developments through the vendor database to ensure a fast, quality service for company customers.
