Description - Develop sales strategies and annual business plan; - Make business plan and action plan for the whole Horeca sales team; - Negotiate, finalize and follow deals with all key Horeca accounts; - Establish and develop Horeca distribution network in Egypt - Develop Sales turn over according to Management Board requirement to ensure the yearly, quarterly and monthly target revenue of the company; - Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on the sales volume, revenue for each outlet/ region/ staff; - Prepare monthly report on the quantities of distribution network (current, in, out, ending) - Make policies for development and outlet investment; - Prepare monthly report with market analysis including: Competition price, portfolio, new products, marketing, Company new outlets, products needs and price position analyze.
Qualifications •Solid Interpersonal Skills Portfolio. •Hard Worker. •FMCG experience is a must.
