Description -Participate in the organization & development of company structure -Prepare monthly & annual statistics about company Human Resources needs & future plans. -Manage and Organize all activities related to salaries, benefits & Compensation Including but not limited to study salary scale structure, to study & propose bonus schemes, to study & propose motivation system ‡etc. -Receive grievances from employees & discuss it with appropriate department head or Top management -Develop initiatives to increase workers loyalty & boost collective & individual performances -Develop, manage and control a professional operational mechanism for Implementation & control of all HR & HR Dept. activities (EX: recruitment, exit, training, evaluation, promotion , career development structure‡) -Ensure application of HR related laws (labor office, Insurance, injuries‡) -Responsible of all subordinates activities -Plan , manage & coordinate joint activities with other related departments (finance and administration). -Provide periodical reports to the supportive services division head upon HR & HR Dept. activities , along with performance of team. -Provide technical support to superior in all related matters when needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in management or other related fields, diploma or master degree in HR is preferable. - Minimum of 10 years work experience. - Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position, preferably related to HR management - Proven experience in people management & negotiation skills - Excellent command of English ( spoken- written) - Excellent command of using MS office programs
