Description Provide demonstration, installation, maintenance and repair on equipment (Desktops, Servers, Printers‡..etc) within an assigned territory to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction Have ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level agreements Provide remote and on-site assistance for products including different kinds of PCs, servers, tape drives and printers Analyze and correct all technical problems on equipment within assigned customer accounts Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines on products and install modifications to equipment Perform overhauls and maintenance repair as a matter of routine Verify that the site environment is convenient for the computer equipment under maintenance Respond to a customer call, which will include problem identification, escalation & resolution Perform service to customer within specified limits of response time and fix time Responsible to keep customer informed during the problem resolution process Perform service verification and customer satisfaction surveys relating to the situation Keeps the customers satisfied with accordance to the Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications Bachelor of Electrical, Communication, Computer Science or Elecromechanical Engineer.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Good Communication skills. Customer oriented. Presentation skills. Working under pressure. Hard worker. Highly motivated interpersonal. Good potentials. Ability to learn & work in new products. Self-confident. Willing to travel anywhere across the region. Owning a car is preferable.
