Description Manage and monitor the performance of the trucks to achieve maximum utilization in optimizing vehicle routing and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and ensure that the right items arrive at the right place at the right time. Implement the Fleet Management System and ensure that relevant staff are trained to ensure achieve high rates of KPIs. Follow up with maintenance department to reduce fleet downtime, and provide fuel & cash to drivers to perform trip required and manage the petty cash with drivers to settlement with finance team on a daily basis. Ensure availability of drivers to take required trips on a daily basis also manage the work time and vacations of drivers. Responsible for archiving system for drivers, vehicles and team evaluations also assign drivers to trucks by documentation. Manage data entry team and coordinators to analyze and produce regular reports for daily transport operations, and ensure quality and accuracy of reports prior to distribution to insure match them with KPIs rates. Supervise transportation staff (Dispatch and Distribution) and outsourced service providers. Ensure timely renewal of vehicles license and drivers license. Will be responsible for GPS tracking system to track drivers, vehicles locations and speed limits.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Experience 3-6 Years in Logistic, Distribution & Dispatch for FMCG Company & holding the same position for 2 years as minimum. Very Good English & MS Office Skills. Excellent Communication, Time Management & Leadership skills.
