Description 1.Utilize lead generation activities to ensure growth of Softex client base 2.Contribute to the development of sales call scripts necessary for the successful deployment of a Telesales function 3.Actively engage with matrix teams to understand target markets, lead goals, sales goals and key messaging points for each assigned sales project. 4.Identify and nurture opportunities to match Softex solutions with client needs. 5. Utilize industry best practices for communicating key Softex value propositions to assigned clients and prospects 6. Manage all opportunities within Softex CRM system 7. Performs other duties as required
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Telesales, Telemarketing or Lead Generation. Preferably in B2B and software telesales • Ability to work effectively across business units and across functions within the company • Demonstrated understanding of basic lead generation techniques • Ability to work creatively in order to achieve goals for outbound calls, “live” telephone conversations, and lead progression
