Description -Prepare the GM Daily, weekly, and monthly Agenda. -Handle all admin clerical duties such as office records, draft letters, memos, take & transfer messages to the GM, and filing system and other records. -Handling some complaints, phone calls, messages, printing, photocopying, scanning filing etc... -Carry out the responsibility of the GM Office Public Relation Representative Profile in all Conferences, events & Social gatherings -Welcoming guests & handling their requirements. -Organize office operations & ensure office efficiency. -Maintain overall appearance of office, hygiene before and after meetings, and general neatness. -Work with other group members or Executives on other tasks as required by the GM. -Work with other group members or executives on other tasks as required by the GM. -Responsible to pre-arrange the weekly meetings which take place on regular for and with different sectors. -Attend all meetings and take minutes, distributes minutes on concerned persons/departments. -Organize company conferences, seminars, gatherings, and events. -Coordinate with Embassies, Visa Applications and Issuances. -Perform any projected research and online related market updates. -Create Task Lists log between the GM and underneath line of directors & Lead Team. -Handle and/or perform the company newsletter on a monthly basis by coordination with concerned channels.
Qualifications -Very good English speaking, written and understanding. -Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word). -Confident, Honest& friendly &. -Initiative & creative -Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. -High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks. -Multi Tasks Oriented. -Excellent in setting priorities. -Team player in sharing the success. -Dedicated, organized and loyal. -Ability to travel on frequent business trips locally & internationally -Strong attention to detail, -Excellent time management skills. -Experience in an office environment. -Knowledge of office software programs and computer platforms. -Excellent organizational and communication skills. -Proven problem-solving skills. -Ability to make decisions. -Ability to work in a fast-paced.
