Description Implementing the recruitment and training systems including coordinating and organizing job advertisements, reviewing applications, short-listing candidates, organizing and coordinating induction programs for employees joining the company while processing Training Needs Assessment (TNA) as well as selecting most suitable training programs - Coordinating job advertisements with the respective advertising media. - Managing recruitment material including job application forms and online application process, while ensuring their compliance with recruitment and selection policies and procedures - Reviewing applications and short-listed candidates according to Human Resources adopted policies, in addition to collecting resumes and forwarding them to the concerned functions for further evaluation - Arranging HR-related documents for new hires as well as current employees while ensuring they are in line with adopted Human Resources policies - Organizing and coordinating the induction program for employees joining the company - Collecting and updating the employees’ data in order to sustain correct recruitment and training database - Determining training needs according to the Training Needs Assessment (TNA). - Reviewing available training programs` main topics and comparing them to TNA outcomes
Qualifications B.Sc. degree in Business Administration or equivalent
