Description 1-Open and close showroom on daily basis. 2-Receiving customers visiting the showroom. 3-Responsible for the products and samples in the showroom and has to keep a record of in /out (no item leaves the showroom without a document). 4-Follow up with the sales outdoor the samples to return to showroom. 5-Support the sales outdoor by preparing samples and presentations and keep record of it. 6-Showroom daily report has to be sent at the end of each day. 7-Keep the showroom tidy. 8-Writing and preparing quotations, emails and proposals. 9-Coordinator reports to customer service for matters concerning quotations. 10-Prepare a customer database including the key contacts and our participation of products at each level. 11-Follow up pending quotations and goods by coordinating with customer service department. 12-Delivery confirmation calls to insure the delivery process. 13-Any other related tasks.
Qualifications Very Good Computer Skills Very Good Communication Skills
