Description — Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QC activities as per the Companys Quality Policy. — Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. — Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made via the Control Plan and Customers Specifications. — Coordinate with the Production quality processes. — Perform measuring system analysis. — Assist QC Manager. — Attend Daily Review Meetings. — Responsible for continual improvement activities. — Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / in process and final inspection quality functions. — Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. — Support the Quality Inspectors. — Conduct audits, Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints according to FMEA methodology.
