Description Responsibility & Actions 1. Technical strategy of the PU/SU set — PU/SU specific technical standards (Responsibility only) — Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives (Responsibility only) 2. Technical responsibility and optimizing investment Auto Parts & Systems (Responsibility & Actions) — Identification of weaknesses, Continuous Improvement of facilities / maintenance processes — Ensure optimal system availability and reliability of equipment, instruments and Facility. — Ensure as built status and availability of technical documentation, maintenance processes, procedures, work instructions and forms. 3. Coordinate management of the maintenance business (long term view) — Monitoring the implementation of maintenance strategy (Responsibility & Actions) — Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation (Action only) 4. R & M coordination in daily business (Responsibility only) — Technical point of contact for the PU/SU — Maintenance of local SU Engineering technical documentation and procedures — Coordination of R &M Resources (External craftsmen) — Coordinating the work of preparing the equipment for maintenance activities — Preparing technical requirements to be sent to procurement to support tenders for contractors — Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies; 5. SAP-PM — First Level Support (Responsibility & Actions) 6. Spare Parts Management — Set of spare parts based on FMECA / risk-based approach (Responsibility only) — Purchase of spare parts (Responsibility & Actions) — Documentation in his area of responsibility (Responsibility & Actions)
Qualifications BS degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical , or Architecture Engineering preferred. Good command of English. • 7-10 years of experience in similar career path.
