Description Department: Head Office Responsibilities: To provide all kind of secretarial support to the CEO and senior management staff, as well as being responsible for all communication and logistical activities needed in the Head Office and to handle all Head Office staff travel and accommodation logistics.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in business administration or a relevant field. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position related to providing management support • Successful track record of experience in office management and secretarial is desired • Proficient in MS Office • Communication skills, Customer service skills; Accuracy and being well organized; • Very good command of English Language (spoken/written). • English/Arabic translation skills
