1- set mission and vision for Cairo 3A plant throughout the general manager strategy. 2- Create plant procedure in coordination with Hr supervisor and Quality assurance manager. 3- Setting up the monthly and yearly production plan based on sales actual requirement with best practice for the manufacture manpower and fixed asset. 4- Drive manufacturing team toward execution of business goals using Lean manufacturing methodology. 5- Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in productivity, customer service and quality. 6- Dealing with the quality team ensuring full adherence to local and international health and safety standards for all facilities, materials and products. 7- Management of the Maintenance team to ensure proper maintenance and full working order of all equipment to maximize production. 8- Responsible to ensure maximum usage of resources with minimum time, risk and expenses to the company. 9- Responsible for overall health and safety of department while on the job. 10- Sets, monitors & controls section operational and maintenance budget ensuring that the parameters are kept to. 11- Conduct weekly meeting with department heads to ensure apply of the work plan. 12- Applying succession plan concept to create second stuff for all titles.
Qualifications Bachelor of Mechanical or industrial engineering min 10 years of experience with same title in production of concentrate manufacture Excellent understanding of maintenance processes Excellent Understanding of quality control measures and standards Excellent Understanding of health & safety standards Good Understanding of basic financial concept certified lean manufacturing black belt Certified Six Sigma black belt strong Communication skills Excellent of English language Excellent computer skills
