The incumbent, working very closely with the Trade Team , Portfolio Strategy & Activation Group, will provide full support to Trade in terms of segmentation , Routing ,Digetal mapping and transformation of plans into trade programs within the JTI Nakhla portfolio (both for RMC and Shisha products) Ensure the development and integration of the Trade Marketing & Distribution strategy and national plan for the regions in line with the C&TM strategy, and being responsible for driving the execution of the Trade Marketing & Distribution objectives in terms of Segmentation , routing & transformation of plans in order to meet objectives and align with Retail senses set for consumer segments and trade channels/clusters within the regions through the most effective and efficient utilisation of the Field Force resources. Managing route to marketing planning in terms of segmentation , Routing & transformation of plans into trade programs Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and outlets expansions
Qualifications High standard of university degree (required), with Trade , Marketing , Planning & route to market background. At least 5 years experience in FMCG fast moving consumer goods industry. Competencies: problem solving, team working, client orientation, planning, controlling and organizing own work. Computer skills: Very good level of PowerPoint; Intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet. Languages skills: Arabic mother tongue; English Fluent.
