Sales in medical and laboratory instruments . Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions. - Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities. - Assist in new product introduction and release activities. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic. - Maintain complete documentation for all product related activities. - Submit the daily/weekly sales report to the Line/District Manager covering the activities performed through the week including progress to date, sales targets, and collection follow-up - Build weekly plans for coverage and visits to clients in line with the coverage targets highlighted in the sales plan through categorization of clients. - Hold sales calls on target clients with focus on highlighting products/benefits/key selling points and prices/quotations according to the sales script and sales approach devised in accordance to the sales plan. - Attend all department cycle meetings, conferences, exhibitions and respective business development functions in line with role of promoting the company products and overall image. - Conduct follow-up meetings/calls to clients to ensure delivery of products on time as well as reporting/handling customer complaints or suggestions to Line Management.
Qualifications Medical or science background . more than 3 years .
